2. Special Circumstances

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. In the following situations, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

3. Festival & Peak Season Bookings

Bookings during Pitru Paksha, Gaya Shraddh Mela, and other peak pilgrimage seasons are non-refundable within 72 hours of check-in. Please plan accordingly.

Peak season dates are communicated at the time of booking. These terms will be clearly stated before payment is processed.
